Both ESNEFT and West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust offer you opportunities to complete our Friends and Family feedback directly on the Trust websites. The information collected on the website is taken directly back to the Trust hospitals to ensure continued improvement of services. 
Women and their families are encouraged to provide feedback via Somerset Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP). This is an independently run working group: a team of local maternity service users, people that support them and healthcare professionals, working together to review and contribute to the development of our local Maternity care.
